I had the privilege to see Karyln at the Hy Tek meet in Victoria, BC on Jan. 31, 2015. I assure you as a Masters swimmer and now my mentor, she scorched each event and left the men way back. She went out of her way to grab me and give me strategic tips on how to do my events. She is truly inspiring ...

Hi Chase, thank you for your words.....Adam the coach here has told me I am an Arnette even though swimming is my main sport for 11 years of competition...I am good at all out doors sports... I am middle aged now and was away from swimming for over 30 years...I have revamped my strokes...all of them...

Hi I am an Arnette and posted a query re gliding..am not sure where to find a reply..since the posting of the query..I find lengthening my stroke and slowing down seems to help me and like all others , it takes me a long while to settle down..it is because swimmers unlike runners have very slow twit...
