I am back!

Last year I came out of the water at 38 minutes for the 1500 meters of the Olympic distance Triathlon. Last Sunday I raced the same distance and hit the beach at 31:27! I have to say that this year the sea was still as a lake while last year it was really choppy but 7 minutes is a huge step forward ...

Arnie Development Sessions

Hello, I bought the training guide for Arnies and I have a question:

How do I progress doing the sessions? Do I start with session 1 and continue up to session 4 immediately (same week) or should I stay with session 1 until I feel more relaxed in the water?
