Thanks for the input. I'll have to experiment with Cottmiller's 'pressing the buoy'. But I'm suspicious I maybe one of Huoleton's 'sinkers'. Things to work on, which is what I am looking for. Thanks.

Thanks for the feed back. The 'enjoy-swimming.com' website looks to have some useful body balance drills. Though my first attempt to use them today was not particularly successful. I'll keep working at it. Then the buoyancy shorts is an interesting idea. If the balance drill go no better, I'll check...

Body Position with Pull Buoy

In attempting to use a pull buoy, I find that when I attempt to stroke my body jack knifes to the point my feet hit the pool bottom. It is likely revealing all my swimming technique problems.
