Hi Harry I tried your bending forward and it did help and when I had sunk i then sat down for a liittle longer than usual thanks. Hi Solar By swimming slow do you mean still costantly moving arms etc just moving the stroke ratel slower and slower ie no pauses or glide ? When I swim slowly I do seem to introduce a pause in my stroke and a glide which I presume is totally wrong Ps we are missing you on the Advice with breathing ...

Hi All I found my video of first session at swim therapy coach is Matt as in Matt swimming in the swim therapy breathing technique video . This is the point when I switched from TI and started to have different techniques taught me .At this point I was able to swim 100x20m with 1 breath at each end ...

I can see why you'd favour breathing to the left - your left arm never quite gets fully straight, so it's not going to give you much support. It's better now than in the earlier clips, but still noticeably different from your right. (For what it's worth, I strongly favour the left too and struggle ...

Thanks Cotts, Don, Mike and Harry lots of good advice .This board is great haven't swum today will do tomorrow and put some of it in practise .also just edited second link it should work now this is a time when i was happier with my swimming progress
