What a great dryland coach!

We like Richards Quicks stuff, but moving to the present, I quite like this guys approach. Not so super swimmers orientated, but good stuff and very well explained.
Fun excercises with a very no nonsense logical reasoning behind it.

Very good to sepaerate the shouldercomplex from the shoulderhumerus socketpoint rotation. The guy has more shouldercomplex flexibility than the young girls of the swimclub!
Glad he is alo supporting my dryand arm windmilling exercise driving the armrotation with the shouldercomplex and trunkrotation.

etc etc
