I am getting reading to do Session 9 from the swim smooth training plan. Can you give an explanation for the 4/3/4 and 2/3/2 drills? These are not explained in the book as most of the drills are.

Not got my book handy but it looks like a breathing pattern but in Squad we do it as 3 5 7
