A little question for experts

Postby Teskuplesku » Tue Dec 22, 2015 3:25 pm

Hello guys. My first post here. I could say that i am swimming for about 12 years already, but talking about pure training, I started "playing" hard to improve my times - exactly 1 year ago. Before i started i had these times in 100m free: 55.05 scm and 56.5 lcm. I managed to get to 54.64 lcm in june and 52.65 scm in december. Also managed to drop 5 seconds in 200 free in scm this november from 2.00.64 to 1.56.15. My main goal is to get 52.84 free in lcm. Its a time standart in my country to become a sport master :D
Anyway i am already 22 years old, getting 23 on april :) So i just wanted to ask you guys, do i have any chances to reach my goal? A lot of athletes of my age group are way better than me and i am feeling anxious about it sometimes, but i still have a great team and motivation and i feel that i can get more better :)

1.55/200m - that's only a few seconds off Olympic qualification.. and quicker than the womens gold medallist swam at the last Olympics. You sure you don't mean 1.55/100m...
