Number of sessions per week

Hi, I'm just starting out using swimsmooth, I've just completed the familiarisation boot camp and I'm about to start the stroke correction then swim type follow on plan.
Any suggestions on the maximum number of sessions a week I can do, and how I should increase the workload. I've previously swam a couple of times per week.

I can unfortunately not answer your question as I am not sufficiently knowledgeable in this particular programme.
However, I suspect that you will receive more answers in the other forum "Talk Swimming!" as there are significantly more posts over there, although there are certainly many members looking up here too.

Since one can swim well also with lesser intensity, indeed one can swim every day of the week.
For making good progress, at least 3 times per week is recommended.
I swim 6-7 times per week: important here that you like it.

For the three disciplines running, cycling, swimming: running needs the most rest, swimming the least.
