Compared to other freestyler are technique has quite a lot of differences!
First of all, we kick a lot less than most swimmers, as we kick about 2-3 beat kicks while others probably kick like 5-6 beats. We also rely on our upper body strength and our stamina more. I feel like most sprinters rely on a lot of power for that shorter burst of energy while long-distance have to find a pace
